Lots of updates both good and terrible.
I will hopefully be able to do more profressional work soon with photography. I am very excited by this. My skills have been improving over the last several years and I am finally moving up to an SLR. This is glorious news for me.
The terrible news is that on May 7th my daughter, Danika Avery Tkalcich, was born, but she only lived for 19 days and passed away on May 26th. She was a glorious and beatiful baby for those 19 days, and I will probably composite an album of her photos.
Hopefully I will start getting more practice on the web stuff and start improving my website and posting more photos.
If anyone is interested in donating money to a good cause, I would highly recommend the UCSD - Hillcrest NICU. Those guys were the absolute cream of the crop when it comes to doctors.
